Terms of use

The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the Zhomi websites and all content and services available at or through the websites (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of the Agreement. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to become bound by the Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

This Agreement is between Zhomi and you, or any juridical entity that you represent (“you”). If you enter into this Agreement on behalf of another juridical entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.

1.Submitted content

Zhomi does not send your image to a server. All image compression processes locally.

However, Zhomi utilizes Google Analytics to collect the following:

• Basic visitor data.
• The before and after image size value.

2.Intellectual property

Zhomi respects the intellectual property rights of others. Zhomi asks you to respect the intellectual property rights of Zhomi. All rights, title and interest in and to such property will remain solely with Zhomi.

3.Responsibility

You represent and warrant that:

• your use of the Service will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights, of any third party;
• your use of the Service will be in strict accordance with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area).

4.Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is”. Zhomi and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Zhomi nor its suppliers and licensors, make any warranty that the Service will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services, through the Service at your own discretion and risk.

5.Changes

Zhomi reserves the right to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. This Agreement may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of Zhomi, or by the posting by Zhomi of a revised version.

Entire agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Zhomi and you concerning the subject matter hereof.
